Spectrum 5.0

Spectrum is the UK collection management standard that is also used around the world. Here you can find the latest version, Spectrum 5.0, divided into its 21 collections management procedures.

The first nine are the Primary Procedures, these are the ones that most museums will use most of the time. UK museums wanting to meet the requirements of the Accreditation scheme will have to demonstrate that they meet, or have a plan to achieve, Spectrum standard for all nine.
